Holly Soffer has dedicated her career to standing up for policyholders and the professionals who serve them. As the founding attorney of Kellis Soffer LLC, she provides legal guidance to public adjusters and contractors across the country, helping them navigate the complex world of property insurance claims. Holly also serves as General Counsel to the American Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and works closely with organizations like the Mid-Atlantic Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and United Policyholders’ Restoring the Insurance Safety-Net Coalition (RISC).

With decades of experience, Holly is passionate about making the claims process fairer and more transparent. She brings her knowledge and advocacy skills to AAA’s board, where she works to support adjusters and protect the rights of policyholders nationwide.
