His practice is focused on first-party property insurance claims. He has extensive experience in handling all types of property damage claims – both pre-suit and litigation – including sinkhole, wind, water damage, theft, lightning, hurricane, hail damage, and fire loss claims from both the plaintiff and defense side. He has also handled construction defect claims for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Lewis also has extensive experience in liability matters having represented both insurance defense clients and parties injured as the result of others’ negligence. He has represented clients in the areas of personal injury and insurance coverage for accident cases including auto, bicycle, boating, brain injury, dog bite, motorcycle, pedestrian, slip and fall, tractor-trailer, and wrongful death. He also previously handled medical malpractice cases.
